Privacy statement

Who are we?

BOM 2026 is an unincorporated association (feitelijke vereniging) from Kruibeke, Belgium. For questions about your details, email us at blaasorkestmuzikanten2026@gmail.com.

What do we collect?

Only what you enter yourself in the request or reservation form: your name and email address and, if you like, your phone number, your organisation and the details of your event or reservation.

What do we use it for?

Only to reply to and follow up on your request or reservation. We don't send you newsletters or advertising, and we don't pass your details on to anyone. We process them because you ask us to contact you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Who processes them for us?

These services may also process data outside the European Union.

How long do we keep them?

As long as we need them to handle your request. We delete requests and reservations no later than one year after the performance.

Photos

On the Photos page we show photos of our performances, sometimes with members of the audience. Before putting them online, we remove the location and other technical data from the files. We show them because we want to present our society (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Are you in a photo and would you like it removed? Email us at blaasorkestmuzikanten2026@gmail.com and we'll take it down.

Cookies and statistics

This website sets no cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

Your rights

You can always ask to see, correct or delete your details: email us at blaasorkestmuzikanten2026@gmail.com. If you are not happy with how we handle your details, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
