About us

Tradition with drive

BOM 2026 is a brass band from Kruibeke, in the Waasland region of Belgium. We were founded in November 2025 and played our first notes in January 2026. Today we are a recognised music society of the municipality of Beveren-Kruibeke-Zwijndrecht.

We play traditional German, Austrian and Bohemian brass music, rooted in the brass band tradition of Central Europe. Along the way we add a few arrangements of our own of songs you wouldn't expect from a brass band.

With trumpet, flugelhorn, tenor horn, trombone, baritone, tuba and drums, we bring a full sound that creates atmosphere and brings people together.
